Hardesty's steps to re-roofing:
- Removal & disposal of old roof (includes removal & disposal of gutters as requested per customer)
- Replacement or re-working of flashing as necessary comparable to existing
- Installation of ice and water shield along eaves, in valleys, around skylights, and around chimney(s)
- Installation of new UL Rated 15 felt (unless otherwise specified)
- Installation of new vent pipe collars
- Replacement of damaged wood decking as necessary (additional charge)
- Neat clean-up of job site with magnet, to include cleaning of gutters
