What a system includes

Shingles are the last ten percent of a roof. Before they go down, we inspect and repair the deck, lay the underlayment and leak barriers, rebuild the flashing, and get the ventilation right, because that's what decides whether the roof lasts 12 years or 30.

Inspected board by board; soft or rotten decking is replaced, not covered up.

GAF underlayment and leak barriers at eaves, valleys, and penetrations.

Ridge and intake ventilation balanced so heat and moisture leave the attic.
